It is far more serious than anxiety syndrome and its symptoms seem from loss of appetite, insomnia, headache, social and family problems etc. if it persists for too long a period one may have to seek professional help.   • Bergamot’s refreshing fragrance (citrus) suits both male  and female, since it is a mood uplifting oil.it should preferably used in the form of tea.
  • Clary and sage has uplifting, relaxing and euphoric effect. It can prove more useful when exhaustion or depression is caused by some long standing tension. As adrenal cortex helps to regulate production of stress hormone.
  • Geranium has a tonic effect thereon, there by soothing the stressed system.
  • Neroli soothes, relaxes, relieves muscular spasm and irritability which generally accompanies most of depressed state but, being highly expensive, cannot be afforded nor can it be used for long.
