TREATMENT OF BODY PARTS AFTER BATH BY AROMA OILS:
If taking an aromatic
bath is necessity, it is also equally important to treat the body to keep it
fit. After taking bath we should look to soften our feet, exercise our hands
and feet, clip nails (not daily), take care of elbows, arms and other problem
areas which might prove to be health hazards later on. Above all, our skin
needs to be kept in good condition, for which lotions and moisturizing oils
should be applied over the skin after the bath shower. In young age oil glands
produce enough oil to keep the skin supple and soft but, in old age, skin
shrinks, dried and look oil all over the body (after taking bath or shower),
starting from the feet and gradually going up the neck and tips of the ears. But
never use talcum powders, as they dry up the skin and clog the skin pores.
